This weekend we had the pleasure of tasting their ‘Not So Vanilla’ cupcakes, chocolate cake bites, birthday cake bites, chocolate chip cookies, Sugar(free) cookies, and their new up-and-coming chocolate and vanilla cakes.
The lowdown and sugarless showdown
The ‘Not So Vanilla’ cupcake is crafted from vanilla cake, Swiss meringue buttercream, pink candy, and milk crumble crisp. This perfectly pink treat is sweetened with monk fruit, non-GMO erythritol, and allulose. These cupcakes were very moist; they had a refined and delectably soft texture thanks to the use of almond flour. They were sweet—but not too sweet! The buttery texture of the icing complemented the cake perfectly to create a medley of pink perfection. These cupcakes are a great choice to pick up from Euphoria for special occasions, or for just an everyday treat!
The chocolate cake bites are made from dark chocolate cake, coated in white chocolate and a crunchy chocolate and almond crumb. They’re sweetened with monk fruit and non-GMO erythritol. These bites were rich, potent, and delicious. Although they may be bite sized, they are bursting with flavour! Pick up a package of six bites from Euphoria and snack on them throughout the day or share them with friends and family. Chocolate lovers unite!
The birthday cake bites are formed from pink vanilla cake, coated in white chocolate and an electric candy and milk crumble. Sweetened with monk fruit and non-GMO erythritol. These cake bites were my mother’s favourite out of the bunch of treats from Euphoria. They are sweet and soft like vanilla cake yet contain bursts of electric tanginess that add a little zip to your step!
The chocolate chip cookies complement a glass of milk perfectly and contain almonds, dairy, and egg. They’re sweetened with monk fruit extract, non-GMO erythritol and stevia. An absolute classic, these chocolate chip cookies are what my father reached for first out of the batch of treats from Euphoria. Everyone can appreciate these cookies, which are the perfect snack for every occasion.
The Sugar(free) cookies are zesty and crafted from a lemon sugar cookie, with a garnish of royal icing and sour candy. This delectable cookie is sweetened with monk fruit and non-GMO erythritol. Out of all the goodies that I tried from Euphoria, this one was my favourite baked treat! The cookies were very tangy and moist, with a chewiness that made them absolutely mouth-watering. The royal icing was nice and sweet, and balanced out the lemony flavour of the cookie. I will be ordering a box of these cookies as soon as I finish off the rest of my sugar-free sweets!
