Summer is here and we couldn’t be more excited! If you are looking for cold and refreshing treats, look no more than Marble Slab Creamery at the Bay Centre.

One of our favourites are the Marble Slab Creamery’s ice cream sandwiches; we tried the Double dark chocolate ice cream on a fudge chip cookie, Vanilla ice cream on a chocolate chip cookie and the Chocolate hazelnut ice cream on a fudge chip cookie and they are all incredible! Next trip we will be sure to sample the Coffee, Cool mint, Cotton candy and Peanut butter ice cream sandwich flavours. Available in a 6-pack perfect for sharing.

They also have vegan options. We recommend their new Strawberry Banana vegan ice cream. You can enjoy this small-batch coconut milk-based ice cream that is hand-blended on its own, or add unlimited mixins – there are 32 mixin options to choose from. Enjoy in a cup or level up your experience with a hand rolled, in-house made waffle cone dipped in white chocolate. Note: Vanilla vegan ice cream option also available.

Marble Slab Creamery is open daily from 11 am to 11 pm. Located at the View Street entrance of the Bay Centre. While you’re visiting, be sure to check out “Canopy in Bloom”, a free immersive experience now at the Bay Centre in support of mental health support services available in Greater Victoria.
